Look...life is hard... So for those who judge this place that so many call home, is unfair. Things happen...and honestly, those fortunate enough to be able to afford it (even if times are tough) are grateful. This is so much more than a hotel. It's a community of people who just need a place to be. And that community works really hard to maintain this establishment so that vacationers or those just passing through can have the same experience. Yes it's an older hotel, but in the few months they have been here...the new management has worked round the clock to improve this property. With Christine in the office, just know you are safe here. She protects this property and the people on it because she genuinely cares. And with Tyler making rounds all night, checking in with guests, there isn't anything to fear. This place is safe, close to everything, friendly, clean. I can almost guarantee that most of the complaints are from people.who have been 86d off the property for something they did on the property, or allowed to be done, because know this, it takes Christine a lot to make her truly done with helping someone. I appreciate everything this hotel is, and is becoming. So yea, it is a bit less quality with the older property and all, but they truly make.up for it with hospitality!

These guys are working very hard to make this place a great place to come to. They have made so many changes to everything here from the inside and out and the all around general up keeping. There is awesome staffing and management that are conscious about the needs for your stay to be as welcomed and comfortable. I love this place and am happy to say with confidence that this establishment has come so far. Keep up all the good work you're all doing it is definitely going to get busy and more returning customers. This is a great place to stay!!

My husband and I have come to love and respect Travelodge. The atmosphere is down to earth. The Manager and his Employees are pleasant to be around and do all they can to make you feel comfort. A definite home away from home. We have had the honor to experience the old and new. The renovating that is being done is amazing! Such transformation! We love the newness of the rooms There is a sense of cleanliness, and a warm and cozy feel. A more than one way to Brightoning a room. A lot of T.L.C. is being put into Travelodge. It is truly becoming a better place to be. Loving and supporting this place is worth it. I have had a chance to read other reviews. Some were pleasant and others were very disturbing. A lot of negative talk that is not accurate It makes me sad and heartbroken Those who wrote those nasty reviews are narrow minded and need to catch an attitude adjustment! I encourage everyone to come and experience Travelodge. A positive experience can only happen when love and respect is involved. Put in a bit of understanding, and broaden your horizon

I stayed here recently and had the pleasure of meeting the young lady who prepared my room she was very friendly and helpful during our stay.Typically with motels you get what you pay for and I stay here because it's a cheap price for a room with fridge and microwave. The house keepers were busy as it was right after the holidays but she still took time to make sure my room was spotless. I can honestly say that that this was the by far the cleanest room I've ever in at Travelodge, and she also took the time to add the little touches and attention to detail you would typically only expect from more expensive hotel. I am very pleased with the changes and would even recommend.

Needed a place to crash after flying into Oregon then driving for half the day ahead of a backpacking trip I’m doing in the area. The new owners/management here were very kind and accommodating. They had advised me that the building is being renovated and walked with me to my room to make sure everything was good working order. I can tell that they genuinely care about their guests and about wanting to improve this motel. Room was clean with no issues and had all the basic amenities I needed for the night. (All I needed was Outlets, a shower, and most importantly a bed )

I was so skeptical of this hotel. It is inexpensive, looks a big old, kind of lived in, maybe like it would be loud at night and questionable inside. Do not be deceived! This is the cleanest room I have ever seen. It's aged for sure, but there wasn't a spec of dirt in my room. No hairs, no threads on the carpet, no stains on the sheets. Spotless. Everything works, it was quiet except for road noise, no sketchiness at all. The only negative thing I have to comment on is the staff smokes outside a lot. If you are sensitive to smoke, maybe request a room away from the office area. Otherwise, an awesome deal for a clean place right off the freeway!
